We are looking for Fluent English-speaking Sales Consultants to perform outbound calls to schedule appointments with US customers. The Sales Consultant’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, meeting customer needs to schedule appointments, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
Excellent communication skills and sales ability are required. Meticulous record-keeping and handling all aspects of sales are also essential.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
Answering customers’ questions on the products.
