About YSM
YSM-Your Socials Manager is a full-service Business Process Management company serving many companies worldwide, offering complete customer support, Outbound sales support, digital marketing, Software, Web, and Sales Funnel Development services.
We are looking for Fluent English-speaking Sales Consultants to perform outbound calls to schedule appointments with US customers. The Sales Consultant’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, meeting customer needs, scheduling appointments, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
Excellent communication skills and sales ability are required. Meticulous record-keeping and handling all aspects of sales are also essential.
Sales Consultant’s Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the CRM system.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Sales Consultant’s Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Good sales ability are a must.
- Qualification: O Level, A-Level, Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The patience and ability to handle rejections and engage customers in conversation.
- Freshers with fluent English can also apply.
- The ability to handle customers’ rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
